Equipment Hire Terms and Conditions

  1. One refundable deposit of $50 will be required per booking.
  2. Equipment can be hired for a maximum of four weeks at a time. If more time is required the equipment will need to be returned and rehired.
  3. If Equipment is returned with excess grime a $10 cleaning fee will be payable
  4. If Equipment is returned damaged the initial deposit will not be refunded.
  5. If Equipment is not returned on the date specified, a $10 penalty fee will apply per item per day late.
  6. Baby Bump Australia Pty Ltd will not be held liable for injuries caused to any person through direct or indirect contact with hired equipment.
  7. The hirer agrees to inform Baby Bump Australia Pty Ltd staff, if hire equipment has been involved in an accident.
